Cubs Academy

The Panthers Cubs academy was formed in 2018 by the founders of the Panthers Basketball Club. The academy is about building basketball foundations and fundamentals in a fun environment for kids aged between four and eight years of age.

The Academy pathways program is all about instilling the panther values into young children in our community with the hope that one day they will join one of our teams. 

Our sessions are run by some of the best coaches in the association and are designed so the participants get maximum enjoyment while learning how to play the game of basketball. Over the last two years we have seen over seventy cubs go on to join a team and become a panther.

Cost:

Our Cubs sessions are run on a casual basis, the cost is $5 per player, per session (to be paid in cash on the day). 

 

Sessions

• Monday 4.45 - 5.30pm at Prace Community Center, Reservoir. Enter via the main office. 
• Thursdays 4.00 - 5.00pm at Pascoe Vale Girls College, Pascoe Vale. Enter via Cornwall Road, near the school crossing. Gym is adjacent to the staff carpark.
